The sellers thoroughly enjoyed living in Manteo and are hoping to find a great, new owner for their “little treasure”. This one level home is easy to get to. There are only a few stairs and even a ramp in the back for your convenience. While inside you will notice a great layout that features an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with the main bedroom on one side and two other bedrooms on the other. All the flooring has been replaced with LVT and new carpet was installed in two of the bedrooms. The kitchen was upgraded with a beautiful, quartz countertop and new dishwasher. New HVAC was installed in November of 2022 and new water heater in 2023. The septic was pumped in 2021 and in January of 2024 a vapor barrier, new insulation and dehumidifier were installed in the crawl space. This home is very close to schools, a short drive away from restaurants, stores and charming Downtown Manteo where you can enjoy many attractions throughout the year. Famous NC Aquarium, Elizabethan Gardens and Fort Raleigh are just minutes away. You can walk or bike all the way from one end of the Manteo to the other.
